I teach primarily with passion. Yoga is part of me and my wish is that you leave the course inspired and encouraged to continue on this path.
I offer physical and verbal corrections. Nevertheless, you should always listen to your best teacher, your body.
There are many styles of yoga. The one I teach is classical and popular: Hatha Yoga.

A Sivananda yoga class lasts 1h30 and unfolds as follows:
