Yoga Style
There are many styles of yoga. The one I teach is classical and popular: Hatha Yoga.
I teach primarily with passion. Yoga is part of me and my wish is that you leave the course inspired and encouraged to continue on this path.
I offer gentle physical adjustments and a practical fit for all using supports. The practice is based on the breath and the feeling of each one.
Progress at your own pace. Always listen to your best teacher, your body.
My practice is for all levels and all abilities.

A Sivananda yoga class lasts 1h00 and unfolds as follows:
- Breathing exercises (pranayama)
- Postures (asanas)
- Meditation
- Relaxation (savasana)
